Hi 2019! A quarter of you had passed by so fast and luckily i think i had accomplished quite a fair bit of my bucket list for this year :) They are as follows:
1) Quit my high paying job of nearly 5 years cause i finally look past the money hurdle to pursue my dreams!
2) Started my dream, which is a business venture!
3) Most importantly, its a venture with my partner in crime, BB!
No. 1 was unarguably the most risky and the most problematic bucket list of all. I think i started brewing this thought since early 2018, and its only till Mar 2019 that i officially threw that letter on their face. Within this 1 year plus, i met with a lot of pressure and stress because of the expectations and disagreement from my parents and family. Even till today I'm still meeting with a lot of new stress and pressure from them, and i bet it will be even greater since i'm officially working on the business now. The only fortunate thing is that i had become more confident and stronger, one that acknowledge that the whole world is fighting with myself, internalize that negativity, and still keep my cool and determination to fight against this current towards my dream. *pat myself on the back*
However, No. 2 was also undeniably the most liberating decision made! I had officially quit since 31 Mar 19 and is officially out of work for past 3 weeks, but boy, i never felt so happy in years. Not only was i able to say NO to the work that i hate doing, it's the feeling that i can finally do whatever things that i really WANT to do, not just for money, or family, or peers, but for myself and my future.
No. 3 is The best thing of all, that I'm able to work with BB everyday. The thought of working with him everyday sounds exciting and blessed, because i will be able to see my love everyday. He was the one that fan my flames to pursue my dreams, and also the pillars that anchors and grow the business.
But another worry that we had, is that more disagreements will happen (almost definitely) and we are afraid that it will strain our relationship as a couple. Lucky my BB is the best, we are already feeling the strain when we started the business, so we acknowledge it and we had long talks about it. We agreed that we can worked past the hurdles and continue to put in the effort to spark the love and maintain that healthy relationship. I'm sure if we are able to get past this business hurdle together, our life as a married couple will be as strong too! *hehe*
In light of the immense negativity that i had experienced, it makes me even more thankful to whatever positive energy that comes to me, such as my best friend or random stranger's encouragement. I will not forget their words of encouragement.. Even if its just a simple word of "Jiayo you can do it!", it will somehow lighten the load on my shoulders and i can take another step forward.
Note to myself:
If you are going through hell, keep going. Any test along this way is a test of your character, strength and determination, and you will brave it through. Believe in yourself and the ones that support you. & one day your dream will come true :)

HAPPY 1ST YEAR BB!
Yeah! 31 Mar 2018 is here and we are officially together for 1 year!
My life has changed completely after saying yes to be his girlfriend, that is in a good way :P
Remembering that day when we are walking together in the shopping mall at Westgate, then some wedding promoter came forward and ask us:
Promoter: "Are you planning for wedding soon?"
Me: "Noooo LOL"
Him: *HAHAHAHA*
Me: *Walking away from the promoter* "Waaa he ask us sia. we not even bfgf haha."
Him: "haha ya lor you havent agree. why? " :(
Me: "Hehehe you havent ask me ma?" (Which he did numerous times before)
Him: " OH, ok will you be my gf?" :)
Me: *hehe* hmm ok ba :P
Him: "Yeah!!" *hold and pump my hand up and down x100 times*
Still remember his happy and excited face and voice keke :) We had gone through so much for this year, from keeping it a secret, to letting our friends and family know, and to meeting each other's family. There are such big and scary yet exciting changes to our life, but i know im safe as long as he is the one holding my hand. <3 p="">
Thank you BB for this great adventure, I know we be sticking together for the rest of our life.

2018 is here!
OMG Its 2018! Time really fly past and the christmas is gone already :(
This 2017 has been such a "dream come true year" for me, like
1) Getting a boyfriend that loves me and i loves too :)
2) Getting my driving licence! but i still not confident to really drive lol
3) Winning lucky draw like my coffee machine
Hehe no. 1 is really the highlight of the year and i couldnt ask for anything better. I will treasure every single day with my BB and hopefully our love will stay strong and loving forever. I know we can do it!
So Yesterday, or last year, we went to sing K at suntec city. Poor BB was down with flu but still insist on singing haha! So i make him my barley drink with lots of love :) Sang from 6 to 9pm, then we went to esplanade to see fireworks that goes off every hour from 8pm. Boy, it was raining since morning and still raining HARD. After braving the rain, we quickly go back to mrt after the fireworks.
Poor BB was not feeling well, so we decided to escape the human-packed town to khatib where there is also countdown celebration. As it was still raining when we reach like 11+, we decided to go up the hdb block to find a sweet spot to wait for the fireworks. We find that level 6 is quite good, not too high that we can see performance, but also we can see the fireworks! & the best thing is we are not in the rain!
By the time 12am comes, it was raining even harder omg. Hope those poor souls in the rain wont get sick! and count down 3,2,1! Happy new year!!! & Fireworks goes! So happy that i got to hug and kiss my boyfriend this year when it strikes 12! :D

Love!
Finally i am back with a post that i have been hoping to write about, and that is I finally found my LOVE. I have been thinking and wondering since i was 17, "when will my true love come?". Looks like you really need to go and search for it and not keep waiting, cause thats the way for 21st century woman! ^^
So grateful to my friend that introduce me to the Coffee Meets Bagel app, as he was also searching for me haha. The tangents of 2 singles life finally intersect on the app, and merge as one infinity line. Hehehe sounds so cheam. XD Who know that i can really find my love on an app? Life is so surprising :)
I also want to thank him, to be so reassuring and keep chasing and waiting for me even if i need more time to think about it and feel if he is the one. Fast forward 3 months later, we are now happily in love and never have i feel so satisfied and happy in my life.
Thanks BB for your love and care. Hopefully you will be my first and only boyfriend in this life. Happy early birthday to you too! I LOVE U ^^

DRIVING!
Driving lesson at SSDC!
OMG this year i did a incredible thing.. I signed up for Class 3A Autocar driving at SSDC on Jan 17! In case you dunno whats that, it stands for Singapore Safety Driving Centre at some ulu Woodlands area. (Link here -> https://www.ssdcl.com.sg/Courses/Class?course=33A)
Fast forward to today, i had just passed my FTT (Final Theory Test)! Like freshly graduated just 3 hours ago HAHA! 49/50! Super proud me :D
FYI, I passed my BTT (Basic Theory Test) on 4 Feb (also 49/50 :D) and had to wait like so long to finally book and pass their trial test and FTT. Everything got to wait and wait till neck long long..
Another part that my neck grew long is also of the long queue for Practicals. I had booked since 4 Feb, right after i passed my BTT and quickly apply for my PDL (Provisional Driving licence). This sat 18 Mar im finally going to touch a car LOL. My first and 2nd lesson, hope its not too xiong and instructors also. pls pls :P
I done a excel to calculate my total spendings just for this learning journey. Till today i had spend the below:

Some points to note:
1) If book through their blue kiosks at SSDC, no need to pay the $1.07 internet fee. Small amount can add up you know?
2) I recommend that to book for 2 theory trial tests in the same day, so that you can set the first as a practice where there are unlimited questions that you can try with answers given. Then the 2nd session you can do the real trial test. This helps me a lot to know what type of questions they may ask..sometimes the same questions appear in my real trial test! BTW i pass my theory test 50/50 for BTT :) I also went online to find some questions to try on such as this -> https://www.sgdriving.org/

Merrry Christmas!
WAA! 2016 is almost gone. Its Christmas again! Seems like yesterday the year just started.
Received lots of gifts from my colleagues and friends, really like the culture of gifting in my office :) Love it when i go to my table and see surprise gifts, although i dont really like to buy gifts. Cause if im gg to buy for someone, i will try to get something that is at least useful for that person. & its 伤脑经 ahh.. HAHA
And this Christmas i finally gift myself the best gift ever: PEACE OF MIND. & its Free.. :D
Yup, texted someone i think i should after hesitating for days... and im glad i done that. 心结 all untied. All is calm, all is bright & all is good. :)

Jun 16! Half a year gone!
OMG Time really flies! How can half a year pass by like that!
Anyway rare update to this one-post-per-year blog haha.. Nothing much to update, just that there are some changes to my family, like my Twin married this year Jan! Omg really pro, can get married at 25 in this century! Coming up next in Nov is my BIG SIS's! OMG finally 嫁出去了！ HAHAHAHA :D Like a finally after she date for like eternity already!
I reach the age where people start to get married and the RED BOMBS are coming one by one, oh dear. Seems like im nowhere near man T_T Like my BFF at work just got proposed and others are marrying. This leads to my question...Where's my Prince?? Maybe listening to

Oh! 2 days ago, i finally meet my JC friends Xinyi, Gladys and Angeline! Its like after 6 years of no contact that we finally meet up and boy, can we talk!
